How do I place an order?

Shopping at Store.gigabyte.us is easy and secure. Placing an online order requires just a few steps.

Select an item you would like to purchase, and then click the ADD TO CART button from either the quick view or product detail page.

You can then choose to continue shopping or go directly to checkout.

Once you are finished shopping, click on Shopping Cart at the top right corner of page, and follow the Checkout steps.

You will receive an email confirming your order that includes your order number


What should I do if I'm having trouble placing an order?

For any technical difficulties you are experiencing with your website, please call us at 626-854-9338 ext. 3214 and email store@gigabyteusa.com, Monday to Friday 9 a.m.-6 p.m. PDT, or email us. 


How will I know if my order is confirmed?

If you provided a valid email address during the Checkout process, you will receive two emails after your order is placed. The first confirms the details of your order. The second email notifies you your order has shipped and contains your order tracking number.


How can I track the status of my order?

If you have store.gigabyte.us account, you can sign in to check your Order status. If you do not have an account, you may call us at 626-854-9338 ext. 3214, Monday to Friday 9 a.m.-6 p.m. PDT with your order number.


When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-ordered products will ship when the product becomes available. You will be notified by email if the anticipated release date has changed or when your product has shipped.


What if I want to return or exchange my item?

All sales are final for refurbished items. For brand new products please refer to our Return/Refund Policy.



What payment methods can I use?

We accept Amazon pay and PayPal.



Can I ship my order outside of the United States?

Our current shipping covers continental US, CA only, for Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico customers, we will quote shipping separately.

Can I ship my order to an address which is different from my billing address?

Due to concerns of fraudulent activity, we will only process orders with the same shipping and billing address until further notice.

How do I track my package?

You can find your tracking numbers and link in the invoice/order confirmation email. You also can find it in "My account" -> "View Order Status" -> "View Order Details"

If I do not receive my package, how can I report a shipping problem?

You can email store@gigabyteusa.com or call 626-854-9338 ext. 3214 to report any shipping problems.


Return/Refund Policy

Item shipped from store.gigabyte.us can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

In order to qualify for a full refund of the purchase price of the product, you must contact the Customer service team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) within the specified time frame of the said product. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product, you purchased online from GIGABYTE/AORUS

  • You have 30 days to return an item from invoice date.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from store.gigabyte.us can be returned to Gigabyte. GIGABYTE/AORUS products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.


Once we receive your item and all original contents confirmed received, a refund is initiated immediately. If you paid by PayPal or Amazon, refunds will be sent to the PayPal or Amazon pay account within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
