Nice Board, but Manuel is Worthless.
I bought this board as I was loking for something well rounded, but not overkill. I was influenced by folks who own Gigabyte products and have high praise of them. Plus, Micro Center did not have many decent Z170 boards in stock most were refurbs or "open box" some with missing parts hence did not tickle my fancy. I was on a mission to find a decent Z170 board I Googled here and there for something then I happened onto Gigabyte's store and hence researched this board. There are negative reviews of this board on many sites, but I take it was from a bad shippment of them at the time. I will say this about this Z170 board it has just enough bells and whistles for this disabled veteran in a wheelchair to enjoy as I am confined to my home mostly. The only crip I have is that Gigabyte forgot to ship initally two items with my order a G-Clip and Nvidia SLI bridge, but did sent those in a separate package a week later received it today 8-25-17. The manuel is worthless as well I had to research why when I put two NVIE Intel 600p M.2 onto the board that SATA slots 0,1,2,3 were disabled only slots 4 and 5 works which I have two bluray reader and writers attached. All in all I am pleased with the board. Lastly, watch what RAM sticks you use as Micro Center sold me two G-Skill 8GB sticks that damn near screwed this board. Had to exchange for 2 8GB Hyper X 2400 Mhz that work fine in DIMM slots 1,2,3,4.
