I did not receive an order confirmation, was my order submitted successfully?
If you have completed your order but did not receive an order confirmation, please email us at store@gigabyteusa.com. We can re-send it to your desired email address. Please do not place the order again as it may end up with duplicate orders.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once your order is confirmed.
How can I cancel my order?

How much is your shipping?
Currently, we offer free shipping.
However, we are only able to ship to 20 U.S. States (AZ, CA, CO, FL, IL, IN, KS, MA, NV, NJ, OH, PA, TX, WA, WI, DE, MT, NH, OR, VA). We are working on expanding to more States in upcoming months.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship to Canada or anywhere else internationally at this time.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from California, USA.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once your order is received, delivery takes 1-5 business days, depending on how far away the destination is.
